Full Body Workout

~ Body, heart and mind ~

No need to spend 2 hours at the gym for an effective, comprehensive, balanced and well sequenced workout. By alternating segments of cardio and muscular conditioning you can strengthen your body as a whole and improve stamina, mobility and coordination while maintaining the heart rate up at optimal calorie burning levels. Cool down and stretch included.

What you will need: Yoga mat and one set of dumbbells (no more than 10 lbs). Tennis shoes recommended. Bottle water and small towel.

Pilates Plus

~ Concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing ~

Learn to utilize the breath and proper movement and alignment to improve your posture, balance and standing strength. Pilates is a sequence of exercises designed to strengthen the body from the inside out; from the core to every muscle of the body in a low impact medium pace class. (50 min)

What you will need: Yoga mat. Pilates ball and Versa loops recommended.

Yoga Class

~ Balance, strengthen, lengthen and restore ~

This is a medium pace Yoga practice with plenty of movement to warm up the body, activate and engage all muscles while increasing mobility and loosening up tight places. Take a moment to breath and take care of yourself by calming the mind and finding a sense of peace and steadiness. (45 min)

No Barre, Barre class

~ Not for the faint of heart ~

Barre is a live and uplifting workout designed to shape your whole body. It is a hybrid combination of ballet, pilates and functional training that focuses typically on small-pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. (60 min)

What you will need: Yoga Mat, one set of dumbbells (no more than 5 lbs) and a chair. Bottle water and small towel. Pilates ball and Versa loops recommended.

Master Class

~ Master Your Movement to Master Your Body ~

The All-In-One full body workout. 
Cardio, Muscle Conditioning, Yoga and Pilates followed by a proper cool down to stretch and lengthen the whole body. Emphasis is placed on proper form and technique as well as appropriate range of motion. Master Class training allows for personal attention and feedback from the instructor. (60 min)

What you will need: Yoga mat and one set of dumbbells (no more than 10 lbs). Tennis shoes recommended. Bottle water and small towel.

HIIT and Core

~ The only class you will need today ~

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Core conditioning. Perfect combination of cardio, muscular and core strengthening exercises. Improve cardio-respiratory functioning and agility, increase muscular strength and endurance, and burn plenty of calories. Cool down and stretch included. (50min)

What you will need: Yoga mat and one set of dumbbells (no more than 10 lbs). Tennis shoes. Bottle water and small towel.

Fusion ~ Yoga and Pilates

~ Perfect combination of asana, breath and mindful movement ~

A balanced fusion of Yoga and Pilates to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. (50 min)

Yoga Nidra Group Workshop

~ Transformational Meditation Practice ~

Moving and Grooving for Kids! Ages 6 and up.

A class filled with fun movement to improve coordination and promote awareness incorporating functional training, Yoga and Pilates followed by guided relaxation to instill a sense of peace, safety and contentment. (45 min)
