Yoga

 

Vinyasa Wed 7:15pm Have on the Lake, MD. : A medium paced style of Yoga synchronizing the breath with each movement. Creative sequencing and fluid movement increases agility, mobility and mind/body awareness. All Levels welcome.

Hatha Fri 11am-12:10pm Haven on the Lake, MD. A slow paced style which holds yoga poses longer to build strength, endurance and flexibility. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. All levels welcome.

Barre

Mon 10:30am Coreworks, MD

 

A combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and cardio/strength training. Barre is a complete workout with carefully thought out sequences of exercises to maximize your time at the club.

Cardio Reformer

Cardio Reformer is a High Intensity Interval Training workout where participant jumps horizontally to challenge muscles, strengthen the core, improve cardiovascular conditioning and stretch tight areas in the body. This is a complete 55 min workout that will shape and tone your entire body.

 

Club Pilates

Mon 4:30-8:30pm

 

Club Pilates Offers a variety of Pilates Reformer workouts designed to provide a complete full body workout using different equipment in addition to the Reformer.

4:30pm Reformer Flow 1.5, 5:30pm Cardio Sculpt 1.5, 6:30pm Refomer Flow 1, 7:30pm Suspend/TRX 1.5.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep. It is ancient guided sleep based meditation practice that is performed on Savasana-Corpse Pose (lying on your back) and involves little to no physical activity. Of all the meditation techniques available, Yoga Nidra may well be one of the most accessible and powerful techniques for individuals of all levels of experience. Yoga Nidra is an incredible practice that will help you recover from any physical, mental or emotional turmoil found in life,as well as alleviating symptoms like fatigue, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
